Ancala, a prominent independent infrastructure manager, is back with Niche Projects, the workplace wizards. This dynamic duo is set to conjure up another stunning office space, this time at the iconic 20 Gracechurch Street.

Seabury Capital, a global leader in specialty finance, investment banking, and advisory services, has selected Niche Projects to design and build their new, state-of-the-art office space in the iconic Tower 42 building in the heart of London's financial district.
