Innovation Enterprise a global conference organiser has chosen Niche to fit out its new office. Innovation Enterprise is taking the remaining floor of 3800 sqft in Linen Court N1. This is the second fit out that Niche has worked on in the building and we look forward to commencing works.

Niche is happy to announce another contract win in the city fringe with creative adverting and digital design company AML Group. The agency is relocating from the historic Zeppelin building in the heart of Farringdon to a new base in St John Street. 

Wanstor a well-established IT Support business has selected Niche Projects for it 5,000 sqft office relocation project. Niche is working towards a very tight schedule for delivering this fit out, and the team looks forward to commencing works for what will be a challenging timeframe for completion.

Aviall a Boeing Company has selected Niche as its design and build contractor for its forthcoming office relocation project. Aviall will be moving into their new 6,000sqft office at the beginning of Q2 and the Niche project management team looks forward to breaking ground in the new year.

Niche is thrilled to have secured the office fit out and furniture contract for Greenash Partners LLP. Greenash currently in serviced offices are relocating to a leasehold office of 1445 sqft in the heart of Mayfair.
