Niche engineers a good start to the month by securing the 2,500 sqft Office Design and Fit Out contract for Deerns UK, a firm of Consulting Engineers. Deerns UK is moving from serviced offices into a conventional leasehold office and selected Niche due to its ability to help the client visualise what their new space could look like by producing stunning life like renders, in addition to supplying furniture and fitting the new office out to a very tight timescale.
Another win for Niche! We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the 5,000 sqft Re-Design and Refurbishment Project for Ancestry.com. The world's largest online family history resource. Ancestry.com chose Niche for its London HQ office revamp due to our Resourceful, Passionate and Caring approach to design and build.
Safilo Group, a leading eyewear designer and manufacturer saw a good partner in Niche. Niche is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the 4,450 sqft Office Design and Fit Out project for Tonkin Products new Grade 2 listed building office relocation. The project incorporates, full external refurbishment, bespoke works to all 4 floors within the space, including the design and installation of a retail café space, a research and development kitchen, a specialist tea tasting room as well as contemporary office space within this classic building.
