Niche was appointed due to its technical ability and resourcefulness in being able to deliver this fit out at a competitive cost and short time frame.

Deerns UK is moving from serviced offices into a conventional leasehold office and selected Niche due to its ability to help the client visualise what their new space could look like by producing stunning life like renders, in addition to supplying furniture and fitting the new office out to a very tight timescale.
