Niche stepped out of its comfort zone of designing offices and was tasked to come up with a new concept design for a traditional high street residential agency business that was in need of a change to their working environment. The brief was to design a space of which is cool, modern, and trendy and which breaks away from the traditional agency look they had in their previous environment.

The US based company is relocating to a new office of 3200 sqft in the heart of the west end.
