We are extremely happy to announce that we have been awarded the office fit out contract for Aimmune Therapeutics. The clinical stage bio pharmaceutical company is taking 7000 sqft of office space in Eastbourne Terrace. 

The team at Niche would like to provide a new business update on a office refurbishment project for our old client Wanstor. Having initially worked with the client over 5 years ago on the original office fit out, the office in Victoria was now in need of a refresh. The team at Niche is really looking forward to working with Wanstor once again.  

It gives us great pleasure to announce that we have recently been appointed to carry out an office fit out project in Mayfair for Kingsley Capital Partners. KCP is a private equity and venture capital firm whose investors are global family offices and institutional investors. We worked with KCP over many months and assisted the client with the building selection process. KCP have now found the perfect space for their business needs, and we look forward to starting fit out works in the very near future.
