The team at Niche is delighted to announce that we have been appointed to carry out the office design and build project The Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3).  The 12,500 sqf project was secured under competitive tender conditions in which the Institute had met with a total of seven design and build companies.

We are pleased to announce that we have been chosen by Blue Jeans Network to carry out their office design and build project. The cloud based video conferencing services provider is taking 5000 sq ft of office space in Capital House NW1. We look forward to commencing the project in the next few week, and delivering another fit out to a high standard, the Niche standard.

After recently acquiring the freehold the company decided to invest in revamping the space in a floor by floor phased refurbishment.  

Arrow the manufacturer of high quality office furniture has appointed Niche Projects to carry out the shell and core Office Design and Build project for its new London showroom. The premises will also showcase products for Creatif, Vtec and Duraflor. The project teams looks forward to starting the project imminently.

We are delighted to provide details for our latest City Office Design and Build project for Polaris World UK Ltd. Polaris is an insurer and broker owned body that’s dedicated to setting the standard for the UK general insurance industry. The Insurer is moving to new office space of 3500 sqft in EC3.
