The team at Niche has won another design and fit out project, this time for UCL Business (UCLB). The company UCLB is the commercialisation company of UCL and its partner NHS Trusts, and their mission is to bring to market world-leading, world-changing technologies and innovations that have a real and positive impact on people’s lives.

This exciting project is located in Central London, and their office will be efficiently built to maximise usability for staff whilst matching UCLB's mission. There is a large open plan office, in addition to several formal and informal meeting rooms and quiet spaces for various types of meeting requirements and social catch ups. The space's colour scheme is designed in UCLB's corporate identity to enhance the office experience, and succulents are incorporated throughout to ensure there is a focus on staff health and wellbeing.
