Niche Projects is delighted to have been appointed by MSI Reproductive Choices for the latest phase of improvements to its London headquarters at 1 Conway Street, Fitzroy Square.
The appointment continues a long-standing relationship between Niche Projects and MSI Reproductive Choices, with the two organisations having worked together on workplace projects over a number of years. The latest project reflects the continued trust placed in Niche Projects to deliver practical workplace solutions that respond to the evolving needs of the organisation.
The project encompasses a range of refurbishment, fit-out and furniture installation works across all floors of the building, with a focus on refreshing key areas while making targeted improvements to functionality and employee experience.
Workplace improvements:
~ The works include the installation of new carpet tiles across selected areas, including the CEO, CFO and COO offices, together with a larger open-plan area on the second floor. Existing raised access flooring will also be made good following power and data works.
