The project involves a CAT B office fit-out, designed to provide a modern, functional, and inspiring workplace for Fundment’s team. Niche Projects has been appointed to deliver a turnkey design and build solution, overseeing everything from space planning and interior design to fit-out and finishes to ensure a seamless delivery.

Berners & Wells has recently undergone an extensive renovation, blending historical charm with modern amenities to create a dynamic and stimulating environment.
