We are pleased to announce that the London Pension Fund Authority has appointed Niche Projects to deliver an office fit out project for its new 2500 SqFT London HQ in Union Street.

LPFA took a lease on a space which had and an existing fit out, the team at Niche was commissioned to provide minor alterations and to freshen up the tired space without the need to make major structural changes. 

We look forward to starting the project shortly.
