We are thrilled to announced that we have been chosen as the preferred partner to carry out the new 14,000 SQFT office design and fit out for Fund Administration & Accounting Services provider Langham Hall. 

Niche were asked to create a space in which would help Langham Hall to attract potential talent to their business as well as help keeping the talent they have. The business is of a corporate nature, however the staff are a young bunch so the environment Niche created needed to be both corporate yet pleasing to a younger work force.  

Collaborative areas were a key factor while creating the overall design for Langham Hall, areas where staff felt they could work individually or in groups, other than at the traditional desk.

A large tea-point was also an important space for the company, not only somewhere to break away for lunch, large presentations, but also to socialise, table tennis is a huge thing for Langham Hall.
