A repeat client of Niche Projects, the design team is excited to work with Acrisure on its relocation to the newly built terrace level of Walsingham House of London. Surrounded by an open terrace on three sides, the space provides the best of London’s light alongside a stunning skyline view. The office layout reflects the building’s strong elements while maintaining an open flow.

The design concept takes inspiration from the chic industrial look of refurbished estates. Elements of wood and plants will be incorporated to complement the concrete flooring and glass partitions, while black metal frame with contrasting oak and white surfaces feature the choice of furniture. Textured carpets, wall coverings, and lighting will be used to build a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
