Niche Projects has been appointed to carry out the design and fit out of the Denholm Group's new London office on the 8th Floor The Aspect, our current building. Denholm Group is a British maritime company operating in the shipping, logistics, seafood and oilfield industries founded back in 1866, and the global company employs over 3,000 people. 

The new design has been created with the company's rich heritage in mind, and the corporate colour scheme is incorporated throughout the space. Bespoke details have been added including ship models to further reinforce the desired marine atmosphere.
