Niche Projects is excited to be designing and delivering a creative, multi-functional office space for Vandersanden. Sharing our passion for sustainability and craftmanship, Vandersanden produces environmentally friendly materials for construction, enabling businesses like us to design and construct beautiful spaces.

As part of our process, the Niche design team conducted a study of the client’s needs, workflows and use of space. This allowed them to plan a functional environment that streamlines organisational processes and makes the most of available space. The design itself builds upon the materials of Vandersanden’s trade, and beautifully highlights these natural elements. Combined with an earthy colour palette, light wood floors, custom space dividers and mood lighting, we’ve created a warm, peaceful and professional atmosphere for the Vandersanden team and their guests.
