The project incorporates, full external refurbishment, bespoke works to all 4 floors within the space, including the design and installation of a retail café space, a research and development kitchen, a specialist tea tasting room as well as contemporary office space within this classic building.

Niche is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the office design and fit out contract for RSC Ambrian’s 3,500 sqft new office in the prestigious Condor House building in the heart of the city.
