The team at Niche is overjoyed to announce that we have been awarded the contract for Regent Gases 6,000 sqft office fit out and furniture contract for their new office in Park Royal. We are due to commence works in the next few weeks. Regent Gas is a licensed gas supplier that supplies gas to commercial enterprises of all sizes. Niche was appointed due to its design led, value driven proposal and ability to be able to compliment this with 3D visuals during the pitch phase.

Lawson & Daughters a West London estate agent has appointed Niche to design and fit out its new premises in Fulham. Niche stepped out of its comfort zone of designing offices and was tasked to come up with a new concept design for a traditional high street residential agency business that was in need of a change to their working environment. The brief was to design a space of which is cool, modern, and trendy and which breaks away from the traditional agency look they had in their previous environment.
